Bookli terms of use

What Bookli is

Bookli is an electronic notebook of a master and an online booking service. A master or a salon keeps the schedule, the clients and the services and may open a page where clients book themselves.

Bookli does not provide the services of the masters and is not a party to the agreement between a master and a client: they agree on the service, its price and its quality between themselves.

What it costs

Bookli is free to use now, for masters and for clients.

If the terms change, the new version appears on this page before the changes come into force, and masters get a message in the cabinet.

The account

• Give true information about yourself and do not let others into your account.
• A client can book a master without an account, with a name and a phone.
• The account can be deleted at any moment: bookli.ru/delete-account.

For masters and salons

• You answer for what your page says: services, prices, the address, working hours, photos.
• You provide the services in your own name and follow the laws of your country, including the requirements for your activity.
• The names and phones of the clients you write into the notebook are your responsibility: use them only for booking and for reaching the client.
• The page appears on the site after the phone is verified. We may take off the site a page with false information or with services the law forbids.
• We do not promise any number of clients or bookings.

For clients

• A booking holds a time with the master for you. If your plans change, cancel or move the booking on its page or tell the master.
• A review can be left after a visit that took place. Write about your own experience, without insults and personal data of others.

What is not allowed

• Creating pages in the name of somebody else and giving data of others without their consent.
• Posting illegal, insulting or misleading content.
• Disturbing the work of the service and trying to reach data of others.

The work of the service

We try to keep Bookli working without breaks but cannot guarantee it: maintenance and failures are possible. The service is provided "as is".

We may limit the access of an account that breaks these terms.
