Bookli privacy policy

About the service

Bookli is an online booking service: masters and salons keep their schedule and take bookings, clients book a free time. This policy covers the bookli.ru site and the Bookli app for Android.

What data we get

• Account: name, email, password (stored as a hash), language. With a Telegram sign-in: the Telegram id and name, and the phone number if you allowed to share it.
• Cabinet of a master: name, description, city, address and the point on the map, photos, Telegram and Instagram links, services, prices, working hours and days off.
• Notebook of a master: clients (name, phone, notes of the master), bookings and their history.
• Messages between a client and a master sent through the site, and reviews.
• Bookings: service, master, time, the name and phone of the client, an email and a comment when given.
• Technical data: IP address, the kind of browser or device and the time of sign-in; they are shown in the list of your sessions.
• Cookies: the ones needed for sign-in and security; the others only with your consent in the banner of the site.

What the app does

• The app shows and changes the same data of the cabinet of a master as the site does, and talks to bookli.ru only.
• The device keeps the keys of the session, encrypted, the chosen language and look, and a copy of the schedule and the clients, so that the notebook works without a connection. The copy is removed with the app.
• Location is asked for only when a master taps "I am at my place of work now": the point is saved as the place of work. The app does not locate the device in the background or without that tap.
• Notifications: the app reminds of bookings when you allowed it.
• Photos: the app gets only the pictures you picked yourself for the page of the cabinet.
• The app does not ask for contacts, camera or microphone, shows no ads and has no advertising or analytics modules.

What the data is for

• To let you sign in and use the cabinet.
• To let a client book, and a master see the booking and reach the client.
• To send notifications about bookings: by email, on the site and in Telegram when you connected it.
• To protect accounts: the list of sessions, limits on sign-in attempts, the verified phone of a master.

Who sees the data

• The page of a master with services, photos and free times is visible to every visitor of the site. A master may show the phone and the exact address to everybody or only to those who booked.
• To find the city and the address of a point on the map, the coordinates of the point (with nothing about whose it is) are sent to the map service of OpenStreetMap. When you open a map, its pictures are loaded from the servers of OpenStreetMap.
• The name, phone and comment of a client are seen by the business they booked with: the owner, managers and the master.
• Emails are delivered by an email service, which gets the address and the text of the email. A Telegram sign-in is done by Telegram.
• We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

How long the data is kept

• The data of the account and of the cabinet: while the account exists.
• After a deletion request the account is deleted in 14 days; until that date the deletion can be cancelled.
• A file with a copy of your data is available for 7 days after it is prepared.
• Data may stay in backups of the database until they are replaced on schedule.

Your rights

• Get a copy of your data: "Account" → "Privacy".
• Correct the data: in the profile and in the cabinet of the master.
• Delete the account and the data: bookli.ru/delete-account.
• If you are a client of a master and want your booking or phone deleted, ask the master or write to privacy@bookli.ru.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

When the policy changes, the new version is published on this page. This version is of 8 October 2026.
