Delete your Bookli account and data

Deleting the account

The account of the Bookli site and of the app is the same. It is deleted on the site:

• Sign in at bookli.ru the same way as in the app.
• Open "Account" → "Privacy" (bookli.ru/account/privacy).
• Press "Delete account" and confirm.

When the data is deleted

The account is deleted 14 days after the request. Until that date the deletion can be cancelled on the same page; emails tell about the request and about the deletion.

What is deleted

• The profile: name, email, phone, the ways to sign in (the linked Telegram too), the sessions on devices.
• Your bookings with masters.
• Your cabinet of a master: the page on the site, services, schedule, days off and the bookings of your clients. If the cabinet has another manager, it is not deleted but handed over to them.
• Notifications and their settings.

What may be kept

• Backups of the database, until they are replaced on schedule.
• A mark that the account was deleted, without the name and contacts.

Deleting some data without deleting the account

• The phone of a client, a comment, a booking: in the schedule of the cabinet of the master.
• Services, masters, days off: in the cabinet of the master (bookli.ru/account/business).
• The linked Telegram and other ways to sign in: "Account" → "Security".
• A copy of your data is available on the "Privacy" page.

No access to the account

Write to privacy@bookli.ru from the address of the account, or name the phone and the Telegram username you signed in with. We will delete the data by hand.
